LaVie Care Centers is committed to the highest standards of business ethics and conduct in everything we do. Our philosophy is simple: “Do The Right Thing.” As part of this commitment, we have established a comprehensive compliance program, which is in place at each LaVie site, with oversight of the program by the company’s Compliance Committee.
LaVie Care Center’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct assists our team members in upholding our high standards of conduct and in resolving a variety of ethical and legal issues that may arise during the course of our business.
We not only expect, but we encourage teammates to always report any compliance questions or concerns, and we have established hotline numbers for our teammates as well as our facilities' patients/residents and family members.
